Does Medicare Pay For Orthotics?

Does Medicare Pay For Orthotics?

Medicare typically covers some orthotics, depending on the circumstance. A doctor must prescribe orthotics in order for them to be covered by Medicare. If you have Medicare Part B, orthotics must be prescribed by a licensed physician or other qualified practitioner and ordered from a Medicare-enrolled supplier in order to be covered by Medicare.
