I have had dental cleanings and x-rays for the past 20 years, but have not had fillings, root canals, etc. My cleaning and x-rays usually cost about $80.00 and I hear that I might have to pay 20% of that amount for a cleaning and 80% for an x-ray. For an annual cleaning and x-rays that would be about $160.00. That seems exorbitant.
