the obama campaign has reserved over $100 million in tv ads scheduled to run from september through election day.
$52 million of that money is going to be spent in the eight battleground states.
wayne, we also know from our latest nbc news/"wall street journal"/marist poll that those battleground states we've been discussing are extremely close.
the president has a very slight edge in the state of florida, also very slight edges in ohio and in virginia.
the other states are too close to call.
how does that affect the president's strategy in courting these swing voters as well as the effect it will have on his ability to turn out his base?
